I currently live in a 2 bedroom condo in Brookpark Gardens. I have a room available February 1st and I am looking for a roommate to share the condo!
The unit is a two bedroom condo with one full bath, kitchen, living room and fireplace, outside patio, in building laundry, one assigned parking stall for the unit (I don't drive so it's be yours to use) and exterior maintenance provided. The condo is located approximately one block away from the Southland Leisure Centre, as well as being in close proximity to a grocery store, restaurants, drug store, bar, convenience store, bus stops, and is a short distance from the Southland LRT station.
Willing to accept a potential roommate regardless of race, religion, sexuality and gender. I would, however, ask that they must be non-smoking, don't annoy the neighbours and no drug users or drug use on site whatsoever. Male roommate preferable, gamer and geek even better! Pets are negotiable but I do have to get approval from the condo board.
