8) Is the Owner Available? We are a small business, that cares about it's customers.
9) How do they answer your phone call? We are professionals in our business and want to quote you correctly, so we ask the questions, make the suggestions etc. We have 0 complaints with the BBB. We answer our phones here in Calgary, not a 1-877 phone number.
