We are currently looking for Consolidated Reset Execution Managers nationally­­­­­­­­­­­­to join our innovative, growing company.

The Consolidated Reset Execution Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements forourclient, The Home Depotand the management of all reset merchandisers in your territory.

The Consolidated Reset Execution Manager will:
Manage and motivate a team of Field Merchandisers and Project Managers, store inspections, deficiency prevention and resolution, quality assurance and communication
Supervise the activities of merchandising teams in a multi store territory as they reset/refresh merchandise and maintain various product sets in a retail environment
Direct the activity of the teams to ensure execution in relation to client standards
Monitor compliance/integrity with planograms, ensures merchandise is displayed in a neat and appealing manner. Direct the team during resets, refreshes and general merchandising activities
Assist teams with merchandising bays, set compliance/integrity with planogram, replacing labels, pack down, building displays and POP placement
Drive execution of one-off projects as required by store, district, and regional leadership
Conduct surveys of existing bay components and architecture, including data collection of merchandise categories, bay dimensions and state of readiness of stores
On- going training and development of merchandising team
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and client teams to execute merchandising strategies
Utilize client systems to access merchandising reports and analyze, interpret, and execute actions based on findings

1-3 years of Supervisory experience where ongoing direction, motivation, training and communication was required
Experience in merchandising position and or experience working directly for a large scale retailer
Basic computer skills with knowledge of web-based applications.
Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to understand and analyze data, create reports, identify opportunities and develop plans & recommendations
Valid Driver's license, access to the exclusive use of a vehicle
