In short, we are looking for a tremendously talented Hunter who brings an exceptional track record in opening doors, developing relationships and providing strong solutions. Ideally we are seeking an individual who brings experience in selling to the construction industry including smaller general contractors. You are someone who is equally as confident in selling to a larger corporate client as you are meeting a client for the first time at a job site. You bring a strong track record of developing new business and opening doors - you love hitting targets and excelling based on your personal achievements. While you are a strong sales person, you are also someone who takes immense pride in each sale and realize that you have to earn on going business from each client based on not only your strong sales ability, but your exceptional customer service and follow up with your clients. This is not a one hit wonder type of sales environment - in this industry, your reputation and relationship skills count massively.So, ideally you will bring minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry and role. Your background will be filled with achievements and measurable success that will outline your long list of achievements. In return, our client offers a solid base salary plus commission, targeting first year at 100K. Of course there is opportunity to earn well beyond for an exceptional performer.
