1995 KZ Sportsmen M-2407 Travel Trailer This is a 25' camping trailer with all the bells and whistles. The hitch is 3' long for a total length of 28'. Model is 1995 KZ Sportsmen M-2407 Travel Trailer. I'm kind of getting out of camping this year so everything you need to go is included. Some of the features of the trailer are - running hot / cold water toilet small shower. three burner propane stove and oven. Microwave. Propane / electric fridge and freezer. Heat and AC throughout unit. It has an amfm stereo with auxiliary in (for an ipod) speakers throughout and is wired for TELEVISION's but none are included. Large outdoor fold cown canopy ladder for roof access. Queen bed in bedroom couch folds down into a 2rd bed and the dinng room table drops down into a small third bed. A lot of little extras that you need but might not have thought of are included. Way too many to list but two deep cycle batteries two large propane tanks stabilizer hitch hoses for water and sewage lawn chairs and umbrellas ropes / tarps mats and grills for outdoor use. Bedding and mattresses for both the queen size and the fold out couch. Secure storage near Balzac is paid until May which includes grey/black water dumping facilities for $5.00 / use and a place to fill fresh water tanks). The trailer is in good condition inside and out has been maintained very well I went thru the tires and brakes last season and all are in attractive condition the only thing that is wrong is 1 of the 4 corner jacks is bent (shown in picture). I just propped that corner up with 2x4's last time I pre-owned it but should be replaced. It is fully winterized and the batteries are removed for the winter. It can run a weekend on just the battery power with minimal furnace / hot water use but to run the A-C you'll need to plug it in to a generator (not included).
