I am 28, very peaceful, quiet but can be social, mature, friendly, respectful and give blood at blood donor clinic. Move in Feb.28/March, 2 bedroom apartment is 781 square feet and bedroom is 13′2" by 11" with wide shelved closet. Full apartment building is non-smoking, but can smoke on the balcony if need be, but I am a non-smoker myself. Own a whole body vibrational system, foot and lower leg massager, head massager, hand massager and oasis sound vibroacoustic therapy system to share. $815/month for a couple and $760/month for a single (bit negotiable if I think you would be great roommate(s)) with internet, cable with PVR and home phone included (unsure about cable and home phone after August as current shaw promotion ends). A 10 minute walk to the 8 st LRT station, 2-4 minute walk to buses 2, 6, 7. 13, 31, 412 and 7-9 minute walk to buses 3, 17, 698, 770, 771 (according to googlemaps). A Mac's with CIBC bank machine, London Drugs, Shoppers, Best Buy and Safeway are 4-6 minute walk. Sheldon Chumir Health Centre, variety of medical services, spas and salons (Oasis, Newbury and Edges) are within a 6 minute walk. Great restaurants including Balo (tasty Vietnamese restaurant about a 1 minute walk), Good Earth (2 min. walk), Jelly Modern Doughnuts (3 min. walk) and many a short walk on 17th avenue, but some others closer as well. Beaulieu Gardens and Beltline Park are within a 4 minute walk. The apartment is in one of quietest and safest locations of downtown and just the one living room wall neighbors another apartment. Heat and water are included in rent. Electricity is not included in rent, which would want you to contribute half, ranging from $20-$30/month this past year. There is a kitchen with cabinets on 2 sides and a dishwasher. A 18′2" by 11′10"  living room with 55 inch 3D TV to share, 13 foot long balcony (plenty of space to sit and place plants on), 24 hour laundry facility and shared storage closet beside kitchen. The apartment's south side of kitchen and living room is nearly all windows to view out.
